Product prices reflected on The Bamboo Factory website are accurate and include the current UK VAT or sales tax. Currently, bamboo products are priced under the pound sterling (£).

PayPal is our most popular payment method. The Bamboo Factory is PayPal Verified to provide the best payment security via cash or credit card. In order to maintain this security, we only ship to the confirmed address listed on your PayPal account.

Promotion codes or coupons must be entered at cart checkout before clicking on the PayPal link. Since your PayPal password is private, orders made online can only be paid online and not via telephone.

Credit Card

All major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro) are accepted. We do not accept gift cards. We only ship to the confirmed address listed on your credit card account. If necessary, you may list your preferred shipping address as an Alternate Shipping Address with your credit card company prior to placing your order.

Wire Transfer

We accept payments via bank wire transfer. Your orders will be shipped as soon as payment is received. We will reserve your orders for three working days pending this confirmation. If the payment is not received within this period, your orders are canceled and returned to our available inventory.
